Beaware when U RECHARGE

Product is Good.but I have been tortured by the processes.I am using it for the last 7 months.& since last 3 months the problem is that after recharging it takes 10 days ys for the activation.


Even today I am unable to use & I am using my Airtel Broadband installed at my home.I


I called up their call center & spoke to Nishi, Namrata, Deepak, Bholadutt & Amiot.& they told me that because of technical erro for last 4 days Your account is showing ZERO Balance& it shall take antother 48 hours to get ceditted?! In this course I lost an Order coz I was travelling & cud not furnish quotation to my Customer.


I spoke to Mr. rajesh of MTS & He also gave me the same Reply.


Mr. OWNEROR ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON. IFU R READING THIS WAKE UP.
