I took MTS dongle(worth 1500/-) with 9.8 mbps connection in June 2014. While purchasing the dongle from Lajpat Nagar store they promised to provide the minimum speed of 800 kbps.
It is regretted to inform that I am not getting even minimum speed of 512 kbps. I lodged my grievance every month.
On inquiry it was informed that I am living in highly utilization area it would take 30 days to resolve the issue.
Since five months have passed nothing has been done and I am suffering with the same problem and rental being paid by me every month is 1122/- going waste.
MTS you guys are good for nothing, I wasted more then 7000 rupees on your poor services, never recommend anyone to go for MTS.
