Dont ever get trapped by the beautiful hoardings on roadside by MTS..Reebok shoes offers...everything is a trap.
Let me tell my experiences..
>Bought an MTS standard device..very sleek and delicate one.
>It took ten days to get my Invoice from the seller, just to apply for reebok shoes online..
>To my pain...when I tried to unplug the usb from lappy..the device broken..such a worst delicate thing..
>Called up customer care guys. I dont think they have any info about service centers with them..
>Somehow I managed to get an address in Infantry road (coz my device is ZTE mfd device)..
> I went there for my surprise. The service center has been moved to Queens road which even CC guys dont know..(I told the new address to CC guys.
>It has been nearly 20 days since I gave my device to those guys. I didnt get any call..when I tried to call them ..all the numbers are out of service..
> I went all the way to service center..where those guys were on leave and no one was there to tell us about the device status..
> even this time customer care guys couldnt help anything
