I am using a MTS donggle from last 6 months. Trust me MTS is much cheaper than you want. In case of speed its too good. I used my donggle in Dehradun, Haridwar and agra. Its works good and in agra it makes me feel like I am using 4G.
Their internet packs are so impressive, this month they offered me 10GB data in just 499. And sometimes they also rewarded me free data not much but useful.
