MTS India you guys are sitting tight on my issue which I reported to "customercare@mtsindia.in" on 10th Jan’16 but no one replied till date. Then I enquired again on 13th Dec’15 but still no response. On 20th Dec’15 I included MTS Appellate(appellate.kol@mtsindia.in) and MTS Nodal officer(nodal.kol@mtsindia.in) in my mail chain but still no response. Again on 24th I enquired on the issue to customer care, nodal officer & appellate but still no response.
I’m producing the email trail below so that anyone from MTS India can bother & take the trouble to respond to them.
