I saw a couple of reviews about MTS Mblaze Ultra and all of them were bad. But I have a good feedback for MTS.
About the service and Activation: Pathetic
I bought the connection on 30th Nov and it was activated only on Dec 11th. This was due to a stupid reason that the sales person mapped my MEID of the device to a different MDN.
I had to raise a complaint and do a constant follow up. I finally went to Corporate office on Saturday and they said they cannot do any backend work on Saturday.
Finally I reached to APEX via email and they did a follow up and replaced my device which got activated within a second.
Speed and consistency in connectivity: Good
About the speed, I got the demo before buying the product and after purchase as well, It reaches up to 4 Mbps which is good when compared to other 3G(Even GSM 3G does not give this speed in my device on speedtest.net).
I got 10 GB UL plan for 875 which will sum up to 950 with service tax. :( Which is still ok when compared to other ISP (I’m paying 1100 for same 10GB in my corporate plan).
Overall, though activation and customer services experience was bitter, I’m satisfied with the speed and money I saved. :)
