Hi all
we are facing lot of Issues in MTS Data connection. it is getting disconnected frequently. when we raised complaints with customer care, no proper response. They are saying it wont be solved for the entire area.
it was not solved means why they selling the Product? I Need either Refund or the Issue should be resolved.
it was worst service not taken care many times.
Madambakkam there is no proper service I understand from Customer Care service so dont buy and waste your time.
