MTS is worst ISP in India. They got no good logic to support customer. I had an prepaid connection and since I kept it unused for few months, they disconnected the connection and provided the number to some one else with out intimating me. Now I got the device with me for no use.
They got no good reason for not intimating me before disconnecting my device connection. When I contacted the customer care, they said they cant do any thing.
I even have another bad experience with MTS. I was having an Mblaze postpaid connection and when I asked them to convert it to prepaid, they said they can’t do this.
