Whenever we recharge for mobile connections/ data with other service providers the balance transfer happens with whatever packs we choose.
But MTS only fleece customers on not having the benefit of balance transfers. Higher recharge packs only have balance transfer options and limited usage people go on accumulating with forced higher recharge.
