How To Cheat “Customers” - The MTS Way

HOW TO CHEAT “CUSTOMERS” - THE MTS WAY-


I took a MTS data card for my residence some 8 months ago. Since my data card was not working at my residence I made a lot of effort to get MTS to get the signal issue sorted out. I finally gave up as after paying for 6 months as MTS made no effort to get this connection working.


However, the only part of MTS that worked all the while was “SMS “from the “Collection department ".The bill I refused to pay was Rs 863 as I didn’t receive any service till then. My connection got disconnected at this point some 3 months ago. Till date I have totally paid close to Rs 7000/-.


So they took me to court where I need to appear at New Delhi, by then the Rs 863/- had become Rs. 1709/-.i paid even this – copy attached below. Even now I get bills for a disconnected connection. The latest one is for Rs 150/- that too for a closed account. MTS couldn’t do one thing right, couldn’t get a simple postal address right. The technical team couldn’t find its way to my place for a full four months!


The mistake I made in choosing this MTS is something I won’t forget. My contribution to this “BEGGAR” company has been Rs 7000/-. Cheating the public seems to be their way of doing business.
