Guys, Never ever go for MTS. You are gonna waste your money. I have ordered MTS 20 days back online and still I havent got the data card. See how pathetic it is. I called customer care to check on the status and he doesnt even know what a tracking number is and the answer he gave is to wait 48 hours.
I have written an email to Appellate authority and you guys know what their response was.
" We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we request you to wait 48 hours".
Guess all the representatives at MTS are taught to say this key word " 48 hours".
Even if you spend some extra money, please prefer some other ISPs and never go for MTS.
