Delay in refund after return over size dress

I understand Myntra was taken over by Flipkart when it was running at loss, but possible Flipkart has not fired all those inefficient staffs causing it fail previously. As a result those staffs are still continuing the same behavior by cheating the customers spoiling the name of Flipkart. Immediately all those bus*rds should be kicked out. My daughter purchased one dress by order #1033519-3075257-4299403 which came over size so she returned it. the pick up and return process was completed by 15th December. But till date the refund amount is not credited to our bank account inspite of repeated reminders. Myntra called yesterday that they have refunded, but was told that our bank account doesn’t show the credit. After that no further information from them.


After repeated reminders they finally shared the refund details with transaction number which shows refund was made on 21st December. After this info, when we contacted our bank, finally the bank give credit to our account on 2nd January. Have no clue the reason of this delay or who is responsible for that.
