Today after 16 days of placing the order and after 8 days of cancelling the order finally the amount is refunded to my account. Thanks Snapdeal for this 'excellent' service.
Now Snapdeal informed that courier has returned the item. The reason could not be informed. When my mobile number was given with order and no call was received from courier, it was returned. Anyway now Snapdeal should process refund quickly to salvage some of their lost name if they have some shame
Till date except receiving a few calls assuring that it will be delivered 'as soon as possible' no concrete action is actually taken to deliver the item, nor the money has been refunded. Such a pathetic service of a so-called largest e-tail company.
