Naaptol is a commerce company in India that sells products across multiple categories such as consumer electronics, apparels, accessories, home appliances, decor, jewelry, watches etc. They mostly advertise their wide range of products through three important mediums like TV, print and internet. They play around 300+ commercials everyday in nine languages to reach out to every possible household in India.
One day as I was lazily flipping through the channels, one of their advertisement promos for bed-sheets caught my attention. Later when I checked their website and saw the good ratings and attractive offers, I got convinced enough to place an order with them. I ordered a pack of double bed-sheets for Rs. 1999/-, whereas the MRP for it was quoted as Rs.6500/-.
I received my order after a delay of nearly ten days. Packaging was nothing great. The quality of bed-sheets were even worse. All of the bed sheets had a very rough texture and feel, whereas in the product description it was clearly mentioned “Extra Soft”. I thought okay at least it might feel a lot smoother after the first wash. However, the minute I put them to wash using a mild detergent, all the colors started bleeding terribly. Now the whole 5 set of bed-sheets are of completely no use to me. Neither it could be returned now since I’ve washed it.
Anyway this is certainly going to be my last purchase from Naptool. Also, I’d never do the mistake of recommending this company to anyone as they sell such low quality products on the pretext of giving huge attractive discounts to the buyer.
