Just wanted to post a small update on my refund status... Though it took me a lot of time and effort, I finally got back the refund after a long waiting period. But since I didn't want to experience such issues all over again, I've closed my account with the bank.
@RupsTalks: Hmm yeah it's kind of shocking especially when you are willing to spend more money on branded products in the hope that they would be of better quality and would last longer but later only to see it become completely useless..

Thanks for such a detailed review. Have many times thought of reading this book but for some reason or the other always ended up keeping it for later. Hmm the story-line sounds interesting enough, maybe I should seriously think of reading it sometime.
