Godrej Nature’s Basket has no consistency. The lokhandwala branch is okay, so to say. But, the powai branch is useless. It is creating a bad impression on customers by false charging them. We were ardent customers of NB.After experiencing cheating in bills, not so educated staff about their own products and fooling us we have stopped visiting the store.When we tried to give our feedback through the form kept there, a storekeeper took from my hand and never let me launch a complain.
Then why is the feedback box kept in the store? Also, the stock is low. Very dissapointing. Our average bill used to be Rs.1000 per week. Now we switched to other stores. Is this the way Godrej does business?I am sorry to say that it is highly improfessional way to conduct a business.They had targetted for 100 stores in five years..If they continue to run the business in the same manner they will soon have to close down for sure!
