I agree with you totally! We have faced this sort of problem many a times with haiko as well as nature's basket. As for solution we try to do our grocery from smaller establishments in eden as far as possible. But i guess there must be a forum against such fraudulent supermarkets. I share a similar incident with ITBC. Then onwards I think twice before ordering online as India is still a developing country you see. Thus,not all of these online portalsare efficient. Although rediff has always been very punctual with me.
