Have been using paytm for shopping a lot recently. People still think paytm is only for phone recharges but shopping is the real deal and they are expanding to other areas as well like movie tickets and flights. Good discounts, good customer service. So much better than flipkart. Usually never have a problem with the order but whenever I have had an issue a no questions asked return has been processed.
