The TV itself has been working pretty good. So it's not as bad as their customer service. Hope they invest in customer service as the brand becomes popular.
Update: Had too many outages to continue, their fiber optic cable gets cut atleast once a month and what did it for me was a 30 hour outage after a just a day when the internet was out for 10 hours, had to cancel my subscription with one month of free service still remaining. Forgot to mention that they throttle Torrents and block VOIP ports.

they do.. but they are not that smart, keeping changing the ports that utorrent uses, you'll find one that gives you full speed.
