Placed my order for bookshelf and a king size bed(order No. 300327160) on 05/04/2014 and the estimated shipping was intimated as 30/04/2014. There was no information even after a week of the shipping deadline.
Someone from their customer care has mailed me soon after the purchase to keep him as a one touch contact for this order. Even he didn’t respond my mails.
Finally got the material delivered today, 22/05/2014. It took almost two months, double the time on their commitment. This portal is not good for ordering heavy furniture.
