I got a text message on 4th week informing the shipment will be delayed by couple of more days. after a week I got one more text informing my order stands cancelled due to non-availability of the material read more...
better you improve on your commitments or you loose. The total rating here just an example.
There is an update. I have been offered with a snapdeal cash worth 5K as a compensation for the missing monitor. The cost of similar monitor is 5950/- the deal made a net loss of 950 bucks on my wallet. Let the community decide the resolution.
thank you for showing response on my feedback. Fabfurnish.com has offered me a gift voucher worth 1500 as a compensation to their work on me. i have tried to make some purchases and the new delivery was without any issues. please note it doesn't mean that the earlier problem is resolved.
my order number is 3512775. i still do not have my money back!
