Pizza hut , I thought of it as alternative to Dominos and to counter the monopoly of domino’s itself but I was wrong to think and still remorsing why I went to this outlet , me and my family visited to this pizza hut and ordered 4 pan capsicum pizza’s but they spoiled our taste by their pathetic service.
1) Food presentation is something we should not talk about this outlet becuase when I ordered pizza , my order came after 50 min and they did not come to give it in our table but called me to pick up and alongwith it , it was not baked completely and topping were not there or handful of them present that degraded the taste of pizza , also waiter give us pizza without chilli and sauce so I bring.them from another table myself.
2) Ambience was not up to the mark as their dustbin was not operatinal and waiter throw the leftover boxes just outside the dustbin so I look ugly also due to that foul smell was there in the outlet , also waiter seems to be careless as they do not mop up the floor well that’s why flies where there disturbing every customer ofcourse us also .
3) Their staff was very arrogant as when I asked their housekeeping staff to clean the table they gave hard look and said , we will do it on our time not as per your saying so I went to counter but also manager said me to manage as they are running short of staff .
so we were very disappointed and we finished very fast our pizza and decided not to come here again.
Also pizza is expensive as they charged us ₹142 per piece as compared to dominos ₹110 per piece
No value for money becuase staff do not care to maintain cleanliness as well as they do not care about customers demand becuse if someone demands anything they have to get it on their own so plz do go and waste your money and time.
