During last February (2006), I had the opportunity to visit Puri. I was very much doubtful as well as concerned about the accomodation. I was told by my relatives about several options. I was confused. Later one of my cousing suggested me about hotel Victoria where she has stayed twice. Here I was attracted as she must have been satisfied otherwise she would not have made her second visit.
I booked the rooms from Kolkata travel agent office and landed myself there at the right time.
The fist beautiful thing was the view of bay of bengal from balcony. It was a never ending dream in front of us. Next was the behaviour of all the hotel staff. They were always ready to help. I had my two years old daughter with me. They made all the arrangement for safe and hygenic means of getting boiled water for her, getting special menu for her lunch and dinner for her.
They also provided good car arrangement for sigth-seeing.
Overall I am very much impressed.
