Hi Seera, No this is not from Hotel Norbugang. We stayed at hotel Simvo situated just before the entrance of Norbugang resort. The video was taken from the balcony of Simvo hotel (Room #402).

I am requesting all who are putting up travelogues, please mention the best season and cost aspects of the places. We can then have a budget in mind while travelling those places about which we would have never ome to know except your beautiful writtings.
