Purchased RACOLD Electric Water Heater Model No. PRESTO PS II. Sr. No. I611025584 on May 17, 2011. Sine beginning, on switching on the Heater, House ELCB + MCB trips. Complaints lodged EW1014847 dt Dec. 29, 2011;EW1015148 dt.Jan 1, 2012; EW1014464 dt. Feb. 18, 2012. Their Service provider is clueless. So they are useless like the product. The problem continued. On April 27, 2013, my house Electrical DP burnt due to the Heater. Complaint No. EW10115752 lodged. Till April 29, 2013 evening, no action taken.
Looks, only hope is to approach the Consumer Court and stop the company from cheating the consumers.
