I was in Ratna Cafe Thiruvanmiyur and wanna share my experience. Just want to term this as my worst ever restaurant experience!
Pathetic so called "north indian and continental..and mexican stuff" and on top of it.. cheating on the bills. Good that me and my friend found it. When asked the manager, he simply refused to apologized and went to the extent of accusing us of being wrong, that we dint ask for the price.
When we asked for the owner’s number, he refused to give. Even after the group that had gathered there by then, threatened him to go to the court, he was unmoved and till the very end did not give the owner’s number.
Pathetic attitude and service..
