Worst service providers, no support for issues reported for months together
miscalculation of usage if you prepay the amount your amount will be deducted
fit for nothing service
I suggest please don’t go for this ACT stuff, technical team is incapable
management team is worst, no response if you report any issues .

my complaint numbers I can give complaint given on 00674498 launched on dec3 2015
till now it is not resolved, lost complete one month money around 1400Rs
complaint is regarding usage of 50GB of data in 3 days, how can a home user uses 50GB in 2 days [ 1 and 2 of decmeber
till now no action is taken today is 4 jan 2016
and today morning I launched another complaint 007151180 morning 8 am now it is 7pm till now main server is not up
now you folks can understand how junk is this company
