First of all hathway has nobody as customer care. You can expect calls from them only on two occasions 1. When you newly opt in for connection that tome they will call you and provide full support untill they receive money from you. 2 when u dont pay money or recharge you can expect them to call. Other than these two occassions, could never get any calls from them even though you had priority 1 issue or even if you have called their so called customers care toll free number a million times. They always want to grab money from customer and least bothered about customers care. They provide option only for upgrade such as monthly to quarterly to half early payment and dont allow to down grade. In my case i paid for 3 months plans though i my need is only for one month. I tried reaching them thru all means of communication but all in vain. I felt like i throwed money into trash bin. In real its true only as hathway is full of trash and false hope giving people. I switched to other decent networks now
