I’ve been using a Jio SIM for years. Their low-cost plans are great, and Jio apps like Cinema & TV are useful.

Weak signals in villages
Sometimes calls get dropped
Slow internet during evening
Needs improvement in rainy season
Overall, Jio is value for money, but network reliability must be improved for a better experience.
One more thing I noticed is that Jio’s customer care needs better training. Sometimes they just give scripted replies, which don’t solve real issues. Also, their network inside buildings or during travel gets very weak. Still, because of their low prices and good coverage in cities, I continue using Jio. If they improve technical support and consistency, Jio can become the best.
