Reliance jio started a big entry in the India. Initially jio gave us free internet. Also they were well supported to their customers by expanding their operator services. That was an milestone in jio operater and for customers. As my opinion in now a days jio’s performance is very weak. About 72kb per second data speed is available even in playstore.Once I contacted several times for my query by jio chat app. They replied that it will fix soon. Now there is no response. So pathetic. I am so disappointed about jio network issue. Now no customer support.
