I’ve been facing a lot of problems on Jio for calls and internet. Calls just don’t get connected and the damn internet just does not seem to work. 10 mins for a page to load on 4G? seriously
Customer care just keep replying 48 hours, how many 48 hours do you need.
To make calls I need to constantly keep restarting my phone after every 2nd or 3rd call. Please get this thing sorted ASAP. I’m losing patience.
