Customer Service is Worst

From last 2 days my Reliance Jio Sim internet speed is reduced to 200 kbps which was earlier 1.5 mbps. Yesterday at 1 pm I called customer care regarding this matter, phone operator told me that it is due to network issue and will be resolved in 1-2 hours. But after waiting for 5 hours my issue remains unsolved. So I again try to contact customer care and told him about the issue so he said wait for a while, he checked and told me that it will take 48 hours more to solve this issue. I asked what’s the problem so he disconnected my phone without telling me the reason. I again try to contact them but this time I’m not able to contact them.
