I would like to answer one simple question everyone asking that yes Jio is mainly a Data provider and Jio came in the market based on data policy which was the main concern for Indian people’s before jio because Data was like gold in india before jio and jio made it so simple that internet users in india increased by almost 30-40% .
If we talk about data prices, jio keep it very cheap and so competitive that big player’s like Airtel and Vodafone is not able to compete with jio rates.
Network is very good because unlike Airtel and other providers Jio directly investing on 4G and 5G ( no need to invest in 2G & 3G outdated service) thats why jio is able provide 10 times better speed than other providers.
Only ine thing jio needs to improve is customer service, jio customer service is very slow.
I am enjoying the jio service since jio came into market.
