Although it is the 1st compamy to provide its user free access to everthing but the main issue is with it’s network.
The network signal so poor that it feels like using 3g data.
Secondly I can’t figure out the daily usage of 4gb data.
I used approx. 3gb data on a day and continued using the next day. In morning I got a message saying you have used your 4gb data. How was the data usage calculated don’t know.
Thirdly the customer care support of jio is worst.
They don’t pick calls.
