Jio is 4G enabled network which is actually not at all. network coverage of this co. has big issue because in my mobile I do not found full network single time a day. this network gives speed of only 100 to 150 kbs which is not 4G in actual. customer service is reactive and answerable. when my network were not working then I called them then I got answer from them But after one day they do not sought my slow network problem. now I cant say about charges and billing because now i’m using it in preview offer.
