-Network coverage is good in metropolitan areas and some villages. But there are some areas that has no network coverage. Reliance jio has to improve their network coverage to gather more costumers.
-Customer service is not good. Because of the high increases of the customers of this network.
-Since it is a free service. So I don’t know about the charges and billing.but I heard about the plans that you got 20 gigs in 1500 RS etc. And calls are lifetime free.
