Hello friends I want to share my bad experience with jio. I’m using two sim cards , one is jio and another is bsnl. The main reason that I’m using BSNL sim is jio blocked my outgoing calls twice before.
First I have recharged for 70 days but after a month I got a massage from the jio that they noticed my jio no was being misused to make abnormally high no. of out going calls etc. But I did not care and after two or three days they blocked my outgoing calls.
When I contact customer care service they said they can’t do anything I have to recharge again.
Then I recharged again for 28 days but after some days I got the the same massage again. And again they blocked my outgoing calls. Then I bought another jio sim but further I got the same problem so I had to buy a bsnl sim. Now I’m using both bsnl and jio sim because only jio provides 4G plans in very low price.
I don’t know it’s happening to me only or may be there are some other users facing this type of problem with jio. But expect this everything is excellent.
