First of all it is a indian brand and also a good one.the network of Jio is very good and it has no roaming system, i am using Jio about a year now but I must say in some areas the internet speed is poor and some areas it’s too good.the customer care service is also bad whenever I face a problem I call customer care but they don’t pick up the phone some times and sometimes they answer it 15-20 min later.as for the charges and bill, Jio has the advantage because it provide us unlimited calling and internet for 70 days for only 399.it’s much better deal in very cheap price.
