I was using the Reliance Jio sim for more than a year now. I am fed-up with the speed to the internet.
When I got the sim newly my area was fast for jio and the spped was too good. But as the number of subscribers increased in my area the internet started slowing down.
And today for doing a Google search it takes 5 to 10 minutes and forget about youtube or opening a website. It became too irritating.
The network is too bad now a days and I have already given port request to upgrade in Airtel.
The customer service people are good in conversation but nothing worked. Ihave called them many times regard the network issue and they just take the complaint of mine and say it will resolve in 3 to 4 days but nothing worked.
The charges are a bit lower than other Operator but whats the use of it if I cant use my data I have recharge.
Atlast I want to say don’t blindly go for jio.
