Before writing this review I wanna make clear is that I am using jio sim for last 45 days
reliance jio is anew company in telecom sector aim to provide 4g dat at very low cost it aso made the calls to other networks fre for life time but this is so not because jio is anew company and it does not have so many towers to connect as vodafon and airtel have but for th enew company the coverage is petty good ad they are keep on increasing the towers to make their connection strong
free calls yes they are free but here is trick 6 times out of 10 times call does not place reliance jio says the other companies are not providing enough connection points ti jio so that it is happenning and other companies says it is a fault of jio if your primary purpose is to make calls and you are in business that require lots of call then reliance jio should dissoppoint you
comming to net speed as if now jio is free but free things always are not good as they seems as in the case with jio the average 4g speed when compared to other networks offring 4g data the jio speed was about half of them there are many videos on you tube showing how to increase speed of jio but it seems none of then are working as I notice that in other circles where my relative stay I asked about their experience about jio the result was about same
the consumer service is good as my jio sim is activated within 10 hours of purchase and ya when I firstly having issues when I removed sim from my phone and insert it to another the phone sims to lock immediately I contact to them about the same an dthey resolve my query so ican say consumer service is good if not excellent
about prices we have to pay after welcome offer ends are petty competative as a result I an seeing other operators are also lowering their pices and thats a good thing
if jio really want to come neck to neck to other operators then it should increase it’s network coverage
