I am using jio since Sept.2016 and I am glad tha Reliance has come up with such a great offers.
The coverage area of JIO is so good. Its network is preety good even in rural areas.
As it provides you VOLTE so the quality of voice calling is HD. You can experience a crstal clear sound on JIO network. As in case of internet the services of JIO is awesome. The internet speed is very impressive. Even it is faster than Airtel and other operators.
The customer services of JIO is impressive. Recently I have a issue with my downloading speed, so I called the customer care, ya I have to wait for some time.but when they pick up I told them my problem and they give me the solution and sorted it out. I am preety happy with the customer care.
Now the main thing-CHARGES FOR THE SERVICES.
JIO is the cheapest 4G mobile operator till now. The services they provide is much more than their price. There is no other operator who can give you that much services at that price. Such as JIO gives you 3 months of unlimited calling and daily 1GB data for 3 months at Rs 309. It is just awesome.
