Guys when we talk about 4G network, It must be providing speed around 50Mbps. But in my area it does’nt even reaches somewhere close to it. I won’t call 200kbps a good speed. I never had a 4G experiance with jio. I had to buy a new device just to use jio but that was not at all a good choice. Yes it helped to regulate the telecom charges all over the country but it never provided the the services it claimed. Most of the times there is no signal during night at our place.
The customer service remains engaged most of the time. I called them many times regarding bad network in my area but no actions were taken. The network fluctuates badly an most of the time we struggle to get full signal strength.
Everyone of us is aware about the charges it offers the best plans in India.
Allover it is good but something has to be done with the speed of internet.
