their is network in the city if we go to the towns their will be no network in the city I am prime member the offers are best among all .it is doing best among its competitors air tel, idea and BSNL

the worst customer care service I have experience with the jio .my number got stopped out going and incoming calls from my sim when I called them they took all the details and said that they will recover it in few days after a 2 weeks I did not got it and again I called the customer care they said they will solve it but they din’t after one month they solved it I am very munch disappointed with their service
Charging and Billing:(10/10)
it is the cheapest charging and billing company among all the telecom companies I should thank the jio with its arrival all the companies as decreased it rates and every costumer is happy with the rate of jio and decrease in the rate of calls
