When other networks were implementing high call rates and customers were getting fed up jio came with a revolution. The internet usage became more easy and accessible after the launch of jio. It is providing the cheapest internet charges and free calls
The network of jio is not so good as sometimes it disconnects calls automatically. Many places in india are there where there is no availability of jio network. Another common complain for the jio user is that the call do not connects sometimes and it says- "the number you have dialed is not available"
The customer service of jio is good so far. I would strongly suggest jio to others because this is the only company to make India more smarter and given user free service for more than 6 months when other users were implementing high call rates on users.
I am using Jio sim for more than 6 months and I am happy with its service.
