Didn't Satisfied With Costumer Care

I had a bad experience of Jio services I recharged my number first with 99 then with 303 but I wasnt able to use internet


I called coustmer care regarding my problem they said me there incharge will call me in 7 working days but they didnt


I agaim registerd a complain again they called me after 2 days but they was giving me an excuse like we dont have enough network coverage in your area but funniest thing is that,


That my brother was able to use who is living with me only


I searched for ther JIO CARE but they said we didnt launched any JIO CARE now


So, sir if you are giing to use JIO and if you will face any kind of problem, it will be hard for you to solve it
