I am using jio from last 3 month.and I am facing many problem regarding network .In my region there is no jio network and also it not running very well in rural area.There is a big network issue with jio.jio preview offer are offering free data and voice call but there are many call drop problems and most of the time network is busy.So we frausted and also it’s customer service is not active frequently.they not recieve our calls.but it offers all data and voice calling free so till now I am using it.But of it charges and and there is no improvement on there service than I gonna stop this service. I recommend it because it is free.
