Dear, I visited reliance jio office situated near agrsen chowk bilaspur chhattisgarh. Representatives of reliance jio asked me to visit near by reliance digital for any kind of information.


When I visited reliance digital office I came to know there is a Wi-Fi device available at jio office with  4g speed after knowing about this device I visited reliance jio office again and asked about this device Reliance Jio resQ member took my contact number and said we will visit your home for technical feasibility by today evening or tomorrow morning.


After 2 days one of resQ member bhupendra visited my house to check technical feasibility. After full satisfaction he filled my form and asked for id address proof, photo and 2500 rs as installation charges, I paid the amount and he said he will give receipt on installation time .


I called him for installation next day then he asked me to visit reliance jio office with new id and address proof again, I went there while resQ member was correcting my form suddenly Mr. Sandeep More came and stared telling him not to fill any form, since it was regarding my connection and I was there so I tried to talk him in reply he said’I am not talking to you and it’s not my duty to talk person like you’ .After end of conversation between My Sandeep and resQ member bhupendra, I again tried to acknowledge Mr.Sandeep that it has been 4 days, if it was not feasible reliance jio members should intimate me early after hearing my argument he started shouting on me, misbehave with me and asked resQ member bhupendra to return my deposit amount and documents and mr bhupendra returned my deposit with all documents including my form. I felt really shocked and insulted .


Since reliance is a reputed company and famous for customer service and satisfaction, I didn’t expect this type of behavior from its employee as a proud customer of reliance it’s my duty to bring this in to notice of reliance official So that it could not happen to any other customer.
