According to my personal experience it provide great service internet speed is excellent upto 1 GB after that speed become down in a survey it is told that Jio provides highest net speed in india it is 6.2 Mbps is average downloading speed and 2.4 Mbps is uploading speed. Network is good and covered many city as well as villages within 3 months but some time call drop take place but they are working to improve the services.
Customer service is not quite well they talk so much time to attend the call.
Overall good service and their contribution is remarkable for making digital india.
