Today I am sharing my experiance regarding reliance JIO .As I am using this jio servie from last 1 month.
In previous 10 or 15 days the service was osomse and mindblowing, but as days passed speed is going to worst condition.Can you imagine a 4g service provider gives the speed of 0.01 or 0.00 kb ps internet speed.
I am really frustated by JIO service.I even tried several phone call to customer care also but they told me that sir signle frequancy or strength in your area is at its best, but due to lots of user server is quite busy really.
I told them that I am facing this problem from last 2 weeks, so how could it is possible that server is that much busy for 24hrs for 15 days.No customer satisfaction is done, only giving satisfying message but not giving any service like that.
And the app provided by JIO services is also slow and full of bugs.
I play games like pubg which is online game and it needs continues internet, but JIO makes really worst service and didn’t allow to do any work online.is this a 4g service .worst service.
