I am using Jio from last 6 months, and have to tell you people, this is totally worth it. Yes, because earlier I have to pay arrount 250 for my internet pack and and almost 200 for my talktime purpose per month. But now we its free from last 6 months and now I paid 99+ 303 which is for 4 months, 3 months free and in 4th month the 303 recharge will applicable. As I am from mumbai I don’t find any network issue here.
Coming to customer service, I called then few times and they took my complaint and resolved it very quickly.
Charges and billing issue are no more problem now, because everything is free for Jio. I have great experience with Jio.
